Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director of the new theater company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director for Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) between 2014 and 2019. She has been an actor and board member for SSC from 2011. The producer was also, costume/set designer as well as a composer/musician, text coach and composition instructor for SSC while she served as the Artistic Director of SSC. Though generally leading from within the acting ensemble in her final year she made her debut as director (and lighting designer) in SSC's King Lear. She briefly attended Pomona College and graduated from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. In a private note, Post was previously was married to Stephen Knox. The couple has been together in 1982 Michael A. Ross, an actor and writer, with whom she has two daughters. An amazing actress, and an ideal wife and mother Post has been a source of inspiration to many people within Hollywood.
